The Meeting Room is available during branch open hours and may be reserved up to 90 days in advance for groups and purposes consistent with the library’s Meeting/Community Rooms Policy. A $20.00 non-refundable maintenance fee is charged at the time of the reservation for each use of a meeting room. Payment is expected within 7 days of the reservation in order to secure the meeting room. Reservations for less than seven days in advance must be paid for before being entered on the calendar. No pending status is given for these.
Payment of the non-refundable maintenance fee may be made at the Branch where the meeting will be held.
Please note that if you arrive for your reservation more than 15 minutes late without notice, the room is subject to being released for use by others.
